Step Up to the Plate Against Hepatitis C is a campaign created to raise awareness of chronic Hepatitis C, to engage the local medical community and to promote proactive screening/testing.

Merck, along with the American Liver Foundation, OraSure, COPE, the Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, St. Louis Cardinals and the Houston Astros have teamed up to sponsor screening tests conducted during major league baseball games played in Chicago, St. Louis and Houston on several dates in August and September.
Those who participate can expect results from our on-site medical professionals in 20 minutes with 98% accuracy. Medical professionals will also be available to answer questions and provide guidance.
During each game, brochures will be distributed to fans who can use the screening services provided free of charge. Read more about the campaign at www.allabouthepc/baseball.com. Below is a list of the games where screening/testing will be provided:
