Flavors is a unique annual culinary event hosted by our chapters around the country. The event features up close and personal interaction with top chefs from some of the most renowned "foodie" restaurants, as they showcase their signature dishes and create an unforgettable dining experience. Fundraising from the event goes to research, education, and advocacy efforts in the fight against liver disease.

Recently, we asked a few of our gourmet experts who are James Beard Award Winners, part of a national television show as a host, and/or a Master Chef of France to join the ALF National Chef Culinary Council. They have contributed some of their favorite lighter summertime dishes to ALF’s first edition of " Healthy Recipes". We encourage you to read more about the chefs, their restaurants and experiences, and download their culinary creations.
