Here's the Deal:

30 Million American have liver disease and nearly 4 Million have Hep C, but many do not know it. It’s time to act and make a difference in our community.

Join the American Liver Foundation on Wednesday, December 5th, from 6-8pm at the Let it Roll Bowling Alley in Phoenix for our Holiday Bowling Night. This event is open to adults and kids of all ages. Pre-Registration is $25 per bowler by November 28th at 5pm or $35 per bowler at the door on December 5th. We hope to see you there!

All proceeds will benefit the American Liver Foundation!

What you need to do:

1. To Pre-Register call Ashley at 602-953-1800 or email the registration form to adrew@liverfoundation.org to reserve your spot. Teams of 4-5 people are encouraged. Lanes are limited—call soon so we can reserve yours! Fee is $25 per person if paid by Nov. 28th. Fee at the door is $35 per person. The bowling fee includes a free raffle ticket, shoes and 1.5 hours of bowling!

2. If you're unable to attend, feel free to make a donation or sponsor a bowler(s).

3. Come up with a fun team name! (optional)

4. Eat, drink, bowl and Strike out Liver Disease!

The top adult and kid bowlers receive an award!

Raffle tickets will be available for $1 each and winners get to pick a fun prize from the gift closet!
