Flavors of Connecticut Fairfield County 2008 promises to provide an exquisite gastronomic experience like no other. This gala event showcases Connecticut's premier chefs. Each chef will prepare a signature five-course gourmet dinner complemented with wine pairings for a table of ten to twelve guests.

*Dress is creative black tie.

Evening Schedule

  • 6PM Reception, silent auction, hors d'oeurve and live music
  • 7PM Dinner featuring chefs. Chefs will be paired with a table of guests by a random selection process
  • 9PM Live auction with auctioneer
