Brimming with culinary talent and wisdom, Chef Jamie whips up delicious recipes and culinary delights for television and radio audiences around the globe. Her weekly live radio show entitled "Food & Wine with Chef Jamie Gwen" heard Sundays on 97.1 The FM Talk Station in Los Angeles, is a fast paced collage of food talk, recipes, call-in questions, restaurant reviews, wine education and pairing and interviews with the country's leading chefs, cookbook authors and restaurateurs.

On Sunday September 14, 2008, Orange County celebrated the 5th Annual Flavors of Orange County at the Fairmont in Newport Beach. There to celebrate the Fifth year of this wonderful culinary gala were Orange County’s most fantastic chefs! Celebrity Chef Jamie Gwen, Mistress of Ceremonies, served up wonderful conversation and insight as each chef delighted his table to an evening of magic.

Special guest, Quinn Fry, of The Real Housewives of Orange County who sat at Leatherby’s exclaimed, “This is amazing, the food is incredible!”
