Brimming with culinary talent and wisdom, Chef Jamie whips up delicious recipes and culinary delights for television and radio audiences around the globe. Her weekly 2-hour Live Radio Shoe entitle "Food & Wine with Chef Jamie Gwen" can he heard throughout Southern California every Sunday on KFWB News 980. Dive into the culinary world with Jamie and meet top chefs, master sommeliers, baking experts and many others. Expert techniques, regional cooking and the best cooking tools are shared...It's a fast paced collage of food talk, restaurant news, wine education and interviews with the country's leading chefs, cookbook authors and restaurateurs.
You can catch Chef Jamie stirring up something scrumptious on National television shows across the country. Jamie can also be seen as a Celebrity Guest Chef on television shopping networks and she brings her culinary expertise to "OC Family Magazine", with her monthly recipe column. Jamie is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and a four-time cookbook author. "Good Food For Good Times", Jamie's third cookbook, was featured on "Emeril Live" in December 2008 on the Food Network, where Jamie made her Hot Clam Dip alongside the "Bam" Man!
Jamie is a featured Chef/Speaker at The Epcot Food & Wine Festival at Walt Disney World and the featured Host at Disney's California Food & Wine Festival annually. In 2006, Jamie was named one of eight "Business Stars Under 40" in OC Metro Magazine and in May, 2007 Jamie was nominated as a top "Woman in Business" by the Orange County Business Journal, for her outstanding professional accomplishments.
Her previous television work includes producing and styling the on-air food for the "Emeril" Sitcom on NBC, starring Chef Emeril Lagasse and fans of The Family Channel's "Home & Family Show" will instantly recognize Jamie as the show's Resident Chef, who created and prepared over a thousand mouth-watering dishes during the show's two and a half year run.
Infused with the joy of cooking from a very young age, Jamie graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York, then continued to pursue her career under the tutelage of many world-renowned chefs. In her spare time, Jamie enjoys running, reading, creating new recipes and lunch!
Event Co-Chair, Executive Chef, Adam Keough, Stonehill Tavern at St. Regis Monarch Beach
Adam Keough is a fast rising young chef who, at age 28, stepped into the role as Executive Chef of STONEHILL TAVERN at the St. Regis Resort, Monarch Beach. Keough has been with STONEHILL TAVERN since its opening in February 2006 as the Executive Sous Chef following a wealth of prior experience. Prior to this position in Dana Point, Keough worked with Michael Mina and the Mina Group assisting as Interim Chef at ARCADIA in San Jose. He spent time in San Francisco under Joshua Skenes at CHEZ TJ after moving from Boston, where he was Chef de Cuisine at AMBROSIA on Huntington under award-winning chef Anthony Ambrose. It was here that Keough honed his skills and discovered his culinary style.
Born and raised in Boston, Keough was inspired at a young age to cook and ultimately headed to Hyde Park, New York to study at Culinary Institute of America, where he earned his top toque and completed an externship at the Ritz Carlton hotel in Palm Beach, Florida.
Keough brings enthusiasm and leadership to the kitchen at STONEHILL TAVERN.

Each chef will create their own menu and prepare a five-course dinner table-side complete with complimenting wines for one table of ten guests. Each chef designs their own table setting to reflect their restaurant and personal flair using their own china, silver, crystal, and centerpieces. Flavors provides chefs the perfect opportunity to dazzle and show off their culinary talents.
We are proud these renowned chefs are working with the American Liver Foundation in our fight to promote awareness and raise money to promote liver health, disease prevention, education and research. There are now 17 Divisions of ALF across the country that have made Flavors an integral part of raising funds in their local community.
At no other event will guests witness these culinary experts creating a menu that goes above and beyond the usual restaurant fare. Flavors of Orange County gives chefs the perfect opportunity to expand their creative juices - and they do so with gusto!

Tickets are $250.00 per person. All proceeds benefit the Foundation's programs of education, research, and advocacy for those affected by liver disease, including hepatitis.
