What is Flavors of Nashville?

Flavors of Nashville, is a unique and creative culinary event that showcases premier chefs and restaurants from around the city. Twelve chefs will each prepare a signature, five-course, gourmet dinner, tableside, complete with wine pairings and distinctive décor for a table of ten. The evening includes a cocktail reception, featuring hors d’oeuvres from all participating restaurants, as well as silent and live auctions. Flavors spotlights premier regional chefs and creates a high-end, exclusive, gourmet experience for a limited number of guests. Nowhere else will you witness firsthand, these culinary experts create a menu at that goes above and beyond the usual restaurant fare.

Flavors have been a signature event of the American Liver Foundation for more than 15 years. The concept took form in Phoenix and has expanded to now include 23 major cities throughout the United States. All Flavors events benefit the mission of the American Liver Foundation- to facilitate, advocate, and promote education, support and research for prevention, treatment and cure of liver disease. Thirty million Americans, or 1 in 10, are personally affected by nearly 100 types of liver disease.
