Join us in our office on Thursday, April 27 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. for a panel discussion on Preparing for a Transplant: What you need to know. The panel will include Marti Hoar, RN, CCTC and patients who have received liver transplants.

Marti Hoar, RN, CCTC is a transplant nurse coordinator. She is affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital. Marti coordinates pre-transplant care, listing on the national waiting list, and patient education.
