Flavors of Seattle spotlights premier local chefs and creates a high-end, exclusive, gourmet experience for a limited number of guests. Flavors of Seattle gives chefs the perfect opportunity to expand their creative juices, and they do so with gusto!
Nowhere else will you witness firsthand your favorite local culinary experts in one hot kitchen! Indulge in a lavish five-course dinner, with wine pairings, created just for you...and all for a great cause!
Proceeds from the Gala will directly benefit the American Liver Foundation-Pacific Northwest Chapter, helping the community in the fight against liver diseases.
During the Gala, each chef prepares a five course culinary extravaganza with wine pairings for their personal table of twelve guests. The evening begins with a cocktail reception and silent auction, at the end of which guests will join their cuisine aficionado who will be hosting them at each table. Guests go on to enjoy the signature cuisine and wine pairings of a celebrity chef, while also participating in a live auction featuring exciting trips, unique experiences, wine collections, personally hosted parties in their home by some of our featured chefs and more. No where else can Seattleites see these culinary experts at work—creating a menu that goes above and beyond the usual restaurant fare—while also benefiting a worthy cause.
