Flavors of Denver is the most unique culinary event that showcases the area's premier chefs and creates a high-end, gourmet experience to a limited number of guests to help raise funds for the fight against liver disease. Nowhere else can you see these culinary experts at work, creating a menu that goes above and beyond the usual restaurant fare.

Upon arrival at the new Four Seasons Hotel Denver, Flavors of Denver guests are treated to a reception along with cocktails and bidding on our silent auction items. After guest enjoy appetizers created by the chefs, each table host draws a chef name from a basket which is the name of the chef they will be paired with for the evening. Each chefs' personal flair is evident within the dinning room where tables are personally decorated to reflect the unique menu and dining atmosphere of his or her own individual restaurant, right down to the centerpieces. Flavors of Denver guests will be introduced to a special guest speaker who shares their personal battle with liver disease.
