2007 Liver Wellness Conference

Join us for the 2007 Liver Wellness Conference on Thursday, September 27, 2007, to get the most up-to-date information about liver disease.

The American Liver Foundation is hosting an all day accredited Liver Wellness Conference for 250 to 400 RN’s, MD’s, clinical and outreach staff, counselors, case managers, program managers, and patients and their family members on September 27, 2007 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

CEUs, resource materials and lunch will be provided.

Free for Patients

Early Bird Registration Fee - $30 (must be received on or before 8/31/07)

Regular Registration Fee - $35
