  • Table of 10
  • Random draw for table assignment
  • A quarter page ad in the evening’s program book (sponsorship commitment must be received by January 2nd , 2009)
  • Company name on all advertising for the event, including at a minimum 2 full page ads in Madison Magazine
  • Company Name on postcard mailing

$5000.00 per table

  • Choice of Restraunt Chef (Those who participate will be sent a list of chefs ahead of the mailing of the invitation; they then send their top 3 choices to the ALF office. The selection is based on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Table of 12
  • A half page ad in the evening’s program book (sponsorship commitment must be received by January 2nd , 2009)
  • Logo on all advertising for the event, including at a minimum 2 full page ads in Madison Magazine
  • Company name on postcard mailing
  • Logo recognition at Flavors booth at the Madison Food & Wine Show (October 17-19)

  • First choice of Restraunt Chef
  • Table of 14
  • A full page ad in the evening’s program book (sponsorship commitment must be received by January 2nd , 2009)
  • 5 rooms the night of the event at the Concourse Hotel
  • Logo and link on Wisconsin web-page
  • Logo and thank you in chapter’s LIFE newsletter
  • Logo on all advertising for the event, including at a minimum 2 full page ads in Madison Magazine
