NEWS YOU CAN USE

April is National Donate Life Month, and if you are a liver recipient, we want to hear from you. As part of ALF’s Faces of Liver Disease, we have initiated a Share Your Story column. Because who knows best about what you are experiencing than you? Click here to share your story with the liver community.

Spring is finally here and you can help us raise much-needed funds. See a listing of the events taking place in your area here. We have several Liver Life Walks and our signature Flavors events, where you can sample delicious dishes prepared by local chefs.

Of the estimated 3.2 million Americans infected with hepatitis C, the majority are people in this age group, according to the Centers for Disease Control. Many do not know that they have it. Ask your healthcare provider about how to get tested.
