PBS Nightly Business Report

Hillel Tobias, MD, PhD, co-chair of ALF’s national medical advisory committee and a member of the national board of directors, was cited in a segment about the costs-benefits of the new hepatitis C treatment, Sovaldi. The program aired on May 22, 2014. Dr. Tobias is a clinical professor in the Department of Gastroenterology at NYU Langone Medical Center.

Paul Bolter, ALF’s Greater York Division’s community outreach and education manager, was featured in coverage of the May 15, 2014, viral hepatitis awareness press conference held on the steps of City Hall. Bolter spoke about living with hepatitis C.
