2008 American Liver Foundation (ALF)/American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (AASLD) Resident Scholar Travel Award Recipients

We are very happy to announce the 2008 ALF/AASLD Resident Scholar Travel Award recipients. Members of the ALF Grants Review Committee read and scored the applications that were submitted to ALF. The top 20 have been chosen to attend The Liver Meeting® - AASLD’s Annual Meeting - to be held in San Francisco, California from October 31 to November 4, 2008.

Each recipient has been notified of his or her award of $1,500 to cover travel, hotel and meal expenses during the meeting. Additionally, each recipient will receive complimentary admission to The Liver Meeting®, Postgraduate Course, Meet-the-Professor luncheon and Career Development Workshop.
