Hepatitis and Liver Disease Support Groups

The Connecticut Division has formed a new support group for Hepatitis C patients which will be available to those with this condition and/or undergoing therapy for same and for the general public who woud likei nformation on liver diseases.

Kathryn Jack, MSN, FNP-BC, Associate Medical Advisory Chairman (AMAC) for the Division, will be serving as the main facilitator along with Julie Burns, Genentech and Jeannine Hampton, ARPN of the Associate Medical Advisory Committee.

The groups will be meeting at the Division office, 127 Washington Avenue, North Haven on the first Thursday of every month. If you are interested in attending this support group please call the Division office for further information. (203)234-2022 or email pscarfo@liverfoundation.org
