About Our Chapter

The Michigan Chapter serves the entire state of Michigan. Our office is centrally located in Farmington in southeast Michigan. We have medical professionals on our Medical Advisory Committee from across the state (and we are always looking for more). Our Board of Directors is comprised of community members, medical professionals, retired citizens, and people who are affected by liver disease, directly or indirectly.

The Michigan Chapter is on the go and grow! For more than seven years, we have provided education and awareness programs for the residents of Michigan, and we continue to increase our offerings. Look for education programs, workshops and seminars, fundraisers, and events in northern and western Michigan. We are also reaching out to other parts of the state and seeking volunteers, Board Members, community partners, and/or medical professionals to help us do so.

Our volunteers are people who care - YOU! Whether you can give five hours a month or five hours a week, we can use you and your talents. We are always looking for people and ways to spread the work and the word of the American Liver Foundation in Michigan. Be a part of the nation's leading nonprofit organization promoting liver health and disease prevention. Come grow with us!
